Iron J Towing is a small, medium & large vehicle towing and recovery business located in Rawlins, WY. We are proud to serve Wyoming travelers as they need us. We can tow anything from motorcycles to heavy oilfield equipment. Whether it is broken down, needs to be reshifted, redecked, or has been in an accident, we can recover it.
Our three full-time and one part-time drivers are skilled, hardworking, dedicated professionals, and ready to work. With many years under their belts, there isn’t much our drivers haven’t experienced. We also communicate and work with the Wyoming Highway Patrol and other local Law Enforcement agencies daily.
About Iron J Towing
Owners, John and Kathy, have been together for 14 years. They opened Iron J Towing on October 1st, 2005. John was already into towing, having worked previously for Terry’s Towing. However, sadly, Terry’s had to close its doors. Together, the local police department and highway patrol rallied and convinced John and Kathy to open their own establishment.
In 2013, John was hospitalized, and the community was anxious that they would close their doors. John luckily made it, and with the support and love from the community, Iron J Towing kept pushing. Since then, we have built great relationships with insurance companies such as Geico.
